Examining the role of Science and Technology reviews in the Biological Weapons Convention
James Revill presented some preliminary results and personal refelctions on the HSP project to the Regional Workshop for South-East Europe on the Seventh Review Conference of the Biological Weapons Convention held at the “Palata Srbija”, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. This meeting which was attended by a number of government representatives from the region and offered an opportunity to discuss a number of topics, including science and techhnology and the science and technology review process under the Convention.
