HSP addresses the OPCW Open-Ended Working Group on Preparations for the 4th Review Conference

​On 16th May 2018, Dr Caitríona McLeish addressed the OWEG on Preparations for the 4th Review Conference on behalf of HSP. She conveyed HSPs views that at the 4th Review Conference, States Parties may wish to consider reaffirming core understandings and boundaries; adopting a quantitative and qualitative approach to national implementation; working towards creating an effective and flexible organisation; and thickening relations with all members of the ‘tri sectoral network’ of private, public and civil actors that successful implementation of CWC rests upon.
